Position: Inbound Call Center Agent
Job Type: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
Location: On-site – Smyrna, GA 30080 (near The Battery Atlanta / Braves Stadium)
Pay: $15.00–$25.00 per hour ($450–$750 per week with performance incentives)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from potential clients – no cold calling!
- Share information about our trial services in a friendly, professional way
- Use basic computer skills to navigate systems and log call details
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
No experience? No problem! We offer paid training to help you succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat, and reliable team players
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone and helping others
- Able to commute to or relocate near Smyrna, GA 30080
