Location: Monroe, Louisiana (Relocation Assistance Available)

Regulatory Environment: FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA
Production Schedule: Monday-Friday Operation | 2 Production Shifts | 1 Sanitation Shift

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance, repair, and engineering within the plant
- Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Lead team development and training efforts
- Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Requirements:
- 3 years of Maintenance Management experience within manufacturing
- Experience working within a USDA-regulated facility
- Experience managing and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
