Client Service Support Associate

Nationwide Credit Corporation is a successful collections agency located in Alexandria VA. We are currently looking for a Client Service Support Associate as a new addition to the Client Service team. We are looking for an individual who is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail distribution for the organization.

Specific Duties:

• Accurately transfer client and consumer faxed information to computer system
• Payment processing - physical payments and electronic payment processing
• Documentation of bankruptcies into computer system to include client notification requirements and closes.
• Daily entry of client and consumer mail correspondence including responses required and forwarding of escalated issues to appropriate staff
• Manual data entry of new business accounts
• Mail returns and process recalled accounts
• Operate computer application system for generating reports and updating information
• Copy scan, fax and file multiple documents
• Meet deadlines on a consistent basis
• Distribute and process incoming mail
• Review, process and stamp all outgoing mail
• Requesting, processing and mailing of outgoing documentation
• A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management and coworkers
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Accuracy and completeness of assignments
• Extreme attention to detail essential
• Proficient in MS Windows and Excel
• Collections software experience is a plus
• Other duties as assigned                                                                                                                                                          

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year office experience
• A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management and coworkers

Pay from $18-20/hour

Salary : $18 - $20
