Nationwide Court Services is hiring an Attorney to join our Legal Research Department. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who enjoy research, analysis, and meaningful legal work supporting government entitie, without the demands of traditional litigation.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and court procedures
• Analyze and interpret legal information for internal teams and clients
• Support process service, court document retrieval, and government-related legal requests
• Collaborate with department teams under the guidance of an Attorney Supervisor
• Produce clear, concise written work and reports

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed attorney or eligible for admission
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
