- Resolves customer concerns or directs to appropriate department personnel
- Verifies availability of product or service and establishes delivery dates.
- Monitors inventory levels and initiates routine, rush, service, and procurement card orders. Confirms orders, details, and updates database discrepancies.
- Maintains and updates the MMIS system with vendor information and purchase order information.
- Processes returns and communicates with vendor, dock and customer.
