Overview
Shifts Available:
Days- 7:00am- 3:30pm. FTE: 1.0- 40 hours (5x, 8 hour shifts per week).
Evenings- 3:00pm- 11:30pm. FTE: 1.0- 40 hours (5x, 8 hour shifts per week).
Rate: Starts at $36.90/hour with potential for higher pay based on relevant exp., and additional $4.70/hr for the Evenings shift differential.
Expected to support all Behavioral Health nursing units as needed at the direction of leadership.

Competency in nursing clinical practice applicable to the clinical unit/area assigned.
Experience
Three years of experience as an RN required, pediatric experience, preferred.

- Assesses and develops unit specific education to meet needs, collaborating with leadership and system resources.
- Serves as educational resource to assigned unit; facilitates communication of policy changes and system educational opportunities impacting assigned unit.
- Provides classroom style education, huddles, or other methods of delivery of education targeting needs of assigned unit.
- Oversees competency assessments and skills training.
- BSN, required.
- MSN or related field, preferred
RN, Ohio, required.
Certifications
