Essential Functions:
- Mines and analyzes complex organizational data sets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements.
- Designs and implements data models and processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Develops and maintains business intelligence solutions to support the organization's decision-making processes.
- Creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends. Prepares reports and conducts effective presentations of findings to diverse audiences.
- Provides training and support to others to ensure effective use of business intelligence reports, tools and solutions.
- Researches latest trends in business intelligence technologies and selects appropriate BI tools, features, and techniques.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, actuary, health informatics, required.
- Masters, MBA, MHA or similar field, preferred.
