We are hiring a dependable Commercial Roofing Service Helper to support our service team throughout the Greater Cleveland area. This position includes driving a company vehicle to job sites, assisting technicians with commercial roof repairs, and delivering high-quality service to our customers.

What you'll Do
- Assist the Service Foreman with various project tasks and repair work.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot leaks efficiently.
- Interface with clients professionally, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service.
- Drive a company vehicle to transport tools, materials, and yourself to job sites.
- Support hands-on project work across multiple projects daily, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
- Learn to read and understand work orders, manufacturer warranties, and project specifications.
- Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, fall protection, and other necessary precautions.
- Represent the company and interact with others in an honest, ethical and professional manner at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent (REQUIRED).
- 21 years of age or older (REQUIRED to drive company vehicle).
- Experience in commercial roofing or a related field, preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, manufacturer warranties, and technical specifications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel locally when required
