We're growing across the US and looking to add producers to existing branches and build new ones in markets where the right person is ready to plant a flag.
What you'll do:
- Originate and process mortgage loan applications from start to finish
- Guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity and care
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
- Evaluate applicant qualifications and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Collaborate with our ops team to get deals closed efficiently and on time
What we're looking for:
- Experience in mortgage origination or a strong background in sales and finance
- Someone who builds real relationships and genuinely cares about helping people get into homes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- NMLS license or the ability to obtain one
- Self-motivated with the drive to grow your business
