Job Summary
- Seeking a Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in delivering cutting-edge Generative AI, AI / ML, Data Engineering, Analytics solutions, and hyperscaler / cloud transformation deals.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, forming strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team across the region.
- Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AI, ML, and cloud computing.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Working knowledge of SalesForce is desired.
- Travel and Networking : Participate actively in conferences and industry events. Extensive travel may be required to meet with clients and prospects across the region.
- Lead Generation and Conversion : Generate a target number of qualified leads and follow up to win them over. Develop and win business with large enterprise clients.
- Experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in Gen AI, AI / ML, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related services.
