We are currently hiring skilled professionals for Workday Consultantto join our growing team.Job Title: Workday ConsultantLocation: Remote (NJ)Type: W2 contract onlyJob Description: We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to support enterprise Workday implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Workday configuration, development, integrations, and orchestration, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities Configure, develop, and test solutions on the Workday platform to meet business requirements. Design and build Workday Extend applications. Develop and maintain SOAP and REST-based integrations with external systems. Design, implement, and secure web services integrations within Workday. Build and manage Workday Orchestrate workflows to automate business processes. Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs. Create and manage calculated fields, reports, and dashboards using Report Writer and BIRT. Work with XML and XSLT for data transformation and integrations. Understand and leverage Workdays business object model and data relationships. Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide troubleshooting, production support, and documentation as required.Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have) Minimum hands-on experience configuring, developing, and testing Workday solutions. Strong expertise in Workday Extend application development. Solid experience with SOAP & REST web services. Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate. Proven experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer. Strong knowledge of XML and XSLT. Deep understanding of Workday business objects and relationships. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.This is a remote position.
