What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Official position at National Youth Sports?
National Youth Sports (NYS) is looking for reliable, energetic, and knowledgeable Youth Soccer Referees to join our team for the upcoming season!
IMMEDIATE OPENING. Must be able to start October 3rd
First games: Saturday, October 3rd
We are looking for referees who are available to work Saturdays throughout the season and enjoy working with youth athletes in a competitive but positive environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to referee games on Saturdays
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to manage games fairly and confidently
- Comfortable working with youth players, coaches, and parents
- Previous soccer officiating experience preferred
- US Soccer Grassroots Referee Certification preferred
- Knowledge of youth soccer rules and game procedures
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Officiate youth soccer games according to applicable rules
- Ensure a safe and fair playing environment
- Maintain control of the game and communicate effectively with players and coaches
- Arrive on time and prepared for assigned games
- Complete required game procedures and reporting

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
