What are the responsibilities and job description for the WINTER: Guest Relations position at National Winter Activity Center Inc.?
Season:
Seasonal Winter December 2025- March 2026
Position Purpose:
Guest relations make the participants experience more organized. This includes determining parking, providing information for guests, and administering check- ins or check-outs on campus.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attentiveness and patience
- Ability to find the positive in any situation
- Must be punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Administering check-ins and check-outs on the campus.
- Coordinating client/guest parking and traffic flow.
- Providing information to client/guest.
- Troubleshooting common issues.
- Escalating queries and concerns.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.
- Will be required to climb stairs, walk up and down inclines and uneven terrain.
- Ability to work effectively in extreme cold weather conditions and in other inclement weather conditions.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently be exposed to outside weather conditions.
