What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Support position at National Window & Door Source?
We are seeking an additional Inside Sales Support Staff Member to join our team! You're primary duty will be to create window and door quotes based on architectural plans. You will also work with salespeople, the service team, and the delivery team to help assist customers with questions and concerns throughour their project. We are a Window and Door Supplier based in Richardson, Texas. You will work in person at an office full time. Salary will be determined based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create window quotes using online platforms (web based and application based) from architectural plans and jobsite measurements
- Answer customer emails about plan revisions, products, services, delivery dates, and project updates on jobs that you're assigned
- Track customer concerns and issues until resolution
- Work with internal teams, external vendors, and builders/ customers to help resolve issues
- Follow-up with customers in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Experience with window products, window companies, door companies, glass companies, or other related construction material companies
- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously
- Can communicate by phone and email effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Bonus: Experience building window & door quotes for a building materials dealer/ distributor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
