Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Technician to join our vibrant wall printing sales distribution company. In this role, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality printed images as well as helping our customers utilize their new machines. You will primarily work on wall printing, and also provide customers with demos, technical support, and occasional sales. There is some moving and setup of our printers and some lifting is required. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and grow with our rapidly expanding company. Duties
- Operate, move and maintain our wall printers.
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally.
- Prepare artwork files using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring proper layout, typography, and color accuracy before printing.
- Provide demonstrations and training.
- Assist in shipping and warehouse coordination
- Film the prints for social media
- Assist customers technically with machine complications and printing issues
- Occasionally help with sales inquiries
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies such as inks, substrates, and printing accessories.
Experience
- Proven experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Must have used Adobe Photoshop or comparable image software.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for artwork editing and layout setup.
- Prior experience in printing is advantageous but not mandatory.

Base Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Mechanical troubleshooting: 2 years (Required)
- Large Commercial Printer technical: 2 years (Required)
