Production Supervisor
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring that our assembly line runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
- Coordinate with Production Leads to manage daily production activities and ensure timely completion of manufacturing goals.
- Oversee the assembly process, ensuring that products are fabricated according to specifications.
- Training employees, assigning and directing work, appraising performance and resolving problems
- Responsible for performance coaching and/or counseling of individuals for unacceptable performance relating to safety, quality, productivity and/or inappropriate behaviors to include disciplinary action if required to resolve performance issue
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations within the warehouse and factory settings.
- Conduct daily team meetings to promote goal achievement and improvement opportunities
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and work with Quality resources to address issues
Requirements
- 3 years' Manufacturing management or supervisory experience REQUIRED
- Must speak, read and write English/bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing processes
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to supervise and collaborate with a diverse team effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Must meet flexible work schedule demands
Pay: $60k yr commensurate with experience

Expected shift hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm normal shift-may be required additional hours as needed
