Role Description
National Vinyl LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Chicopee, MA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all industrial and facility equipment remains in proper working condition. Daily tasks include diagnosing malfunctions, repairing equipment, and supporting the smooth operation of production processes by minimizing downtime and maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair of machinery and equipment
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
