We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales initiatives across diverse markets. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets within assigned commercial market segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and architects, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions that add value.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market analysis, prospecting potential clients, and leveraging our current customer base to increase our commercial presence.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiations and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to communicate project needs to ensure on time delivery to customer.
- Provide ongoing account management support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing accounts.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and business development with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in technology sales, including understanding technical products or services relevant to clients’ needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to close complex deals confidently.
- Ability to read and understand the complexities of blueprints.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of marketing principles to support promotional activities that drive lead generation.
- Good understanding of building codes.
- Good understanding of building products with a concentration on window and doors a big plus.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
