Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Representative at National Training, Inc. The Admissions Representative will be responsible for providing customer service to prospective students, conducting sales activities to promote vocational training programs, and delivering training presentations to potential students. The role also involves assisting with the enrollment process, conducting campus tours, and providing information and guidance on financial aid options and scholarship programs. The Admissions Representative will be based at our campus in Green Cove Springs, FL.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Training and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of vocational training programs and the trucking or heavy equipment industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
