National Trailer Sales is hiring a Service Writer at our NRS Trailers location in Decatur, TX. . We are seeking an individual with experience in service writing and customer service. This individual must have a strong work ethic and be driven to deliver excellence to our customers.

Summary/Objective

The Service Writer ensures the customer’s overall satisfaction for warranty and service work in the Service Center. The Service Writer schedules and tracks service work for the customer. The position encompasses the proper satisfaction of customer and unit related problems, as well as the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promptly meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.‬‬‬‬
• Performs quality control checks on completed work.‬‬‬

• Demonstrated customer service skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• General knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations
• Two years of experience in a automotive dealership preferred
• Experience with computers including; Excel, Word, Adobe, MS Office
