Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour base, plus commission based on efficiency

What You’ll Do
Apprentice and intermediate technicians support diagnostic and repair work for RVs and living quarters horse trailers. You'll work across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, gaining exposure to high-end repairs and installations.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Assist with trailer brake, axle, and bearing service
- Support repairs to RV appliances: refrigerators, water heaters, AC units, furnaces
- Basic LP gas and water system troubleshooting
- Assist in diagnosing 12V and 110V electrical issues
- Perform basic woodworking, trim, and cosmetic repairs
- Learn to read schematics and perform systematic diagnostics
- Prepare units for customer delivery (PDI)
Required & Recommended Skills
Required:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb, stoop, and bend
- Ability to drive/tow trailers and RVs safely
Preferred or Learn-on-the-Job:
- Electrical wiring (12V and 120VAC)
- LP and electric appliance service (Norcold, Dometic)
- Plumbing systems and water tank replacements
- Generator troubleshooting (Onan preferred)
- Light carpentry and trim installation
- Basic welding (aluminum and steel)
- Familiarity with schematics and wiring diagrams
- Customer-facing communication skills
