Description

National Trade Supply has immediate openings for Warehouse Associates at our Greenwood, Indiana, facility. National Trade Supply is a consumable goods manufacturer of air and water filtration products for your home.

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• 
  Receiving & Inspection
  • Unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Verify product counts, inspect for damage, and confirm items match purchase orders.
  • Report discrepancies or issues to the Inbound Team Lead or Inventory Control.
• Put away & Organization
  • Accurately label, sort, and store products in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Follow established layout and storage procedures to maintain organization and accessibility.
  • Assist with restocking and relocation of inventory as needed.
• Accuracy & Efficiency
  • Maintain high accuracy standards when scanning and recording inventory in the WMS.
  • Help identify and correct inventory errors or misplaced stock.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Teamwork & Communication
  • Work closely with the Inbound Team Lead and other associates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors.
  • Support other areas of the warehouse as needed during peak times or special projects.

Required:

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or related technology.
• Ability or willingness to drive PIT’s
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Physical Effort:

This position requires long periods of standing up to 8 hours in a 10-hour day. This position also requires repetitive movement of fingers, hands, and arms.
