Picking
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order sheets or electronic systems.
- Verify item codes, quantities, and specifications before handing items to packers.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking when needed.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping and order information.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.
- Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area.
- Assist with loading orders onto pallets or carts for shipment.

Required
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures.
- Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or related technology.
- Ability or willingness to drive PIT’s
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
