We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Mobile Road Service Dispatcher to join our transportation operations team. Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, email, and digital platforms.
• Dispatch mobile service technicians promptly using GPS,
• Coordinate with drivers, roadside assistance teams, to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate data entry of dispatch logs, service reports,
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams using phone etiquette and clear communication skills to provide updates or resolve issue
• Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.

Candidates must live in Cocoa, Rockledge or Port St John area.

Candidates must be available for day shift, night shift and weekend shifts based on needs of the company.
