National Therapy Center is seeking mission-driven SLP Early Intervention Therapists to provide early intervention services to children ages birth to three through our partnership with the District of Columbia Early Intervention (DCEI) program. This is a flexible, field-based position with opportunities to create your own schedule, work independently, and deliver therapy in children's natural environments across Washington, DC.

- Lead developmental assessments and create effective, individualized IFSPs that support each child's unique needs.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on therapy that promotes gross motor development in a family-centered approach.
- Partner with caregivers and collaborate closely with fellow early intervention professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all DCEI standards with consistency and professionalism.
- Empower families by coaching them on practical, at-home strategies that reinforce progress and support long-term growth.
- Master's or Doctorate in Speech language pathology.
- Active DC SLP license
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently in the field and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Top-tier compensation with competitive hourly pay ranging from $100 to $105.
