- Maintain a caseload with approximately 15 billable hours per week
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee ABA programming
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and ethical standards are consistently met
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage RBT staff including scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Handle callouts, coverage, and staffing adjustments
- Maintain efficient clinic flow and ensure consistent service delivery
- Partner with administrative staff (if applicable) to support scheduling and authorizations
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for families
- Conduct parent training and maintain strong communication with caregivers
- Ensure high levels of family satisfaction and retention
- Assist with efforts to grow the clinic from 3 clients to 20 clients
- Assist to build and maintain relationships with:
- Pediatricians
- Referral partners
- Community organizations
- Represent the clinic at ABA conferences and local events
- Support intake processes and help convert referrals into active clients
- $110,000 starting salary
- Increase to $115,000 once clinic reaches 10 clients
- Increase to $120,000 once clinic reaches 20 clients
