- This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys focusing on clinical assessments and initial case development without the responsibility of ongoing supervision
- The BCBA Assessment Specialist will conduct in-person assessments in clients’ homes, develop treatment recommendations, and collaborate with the internal team to support a smooth transition of cases
- Well-suited for clinicians who prefer short-term, focused client interactions and value flexibility and independence
- Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments (such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments) in clients’ homes
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Complete detailed and timely clinical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless case handoff
- Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards
- Ongoing case supervision
- Supervision of RBTs or BTs
- Long-term caseload management
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong clinical writing and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned area
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience using a variety of assessment tools
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a field-based role
