What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at National Star Services?
National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Warehouse Lead for our location in Portland, OR 97217.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks and keep track of team activities to make sure work gets done on time.
- Train and guide team members on how to properly use and take care of warehouse equipment.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and help with product counts or adjustments when needed.
- Make sure everyone follows safety rules and uses equipment the right way.
- Check that tools, materials, and supplies are available for the team to work efficiently.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Help solve daily problems and support team members to keep things running smoothly.
Available Schedules:
Monday - Friday
1st Shift: 5:00 am. – 1:30 pm.
Starting Pay Rate:
$21.00/Hr.

Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Leadership or supervising experience.
- Have and wear Steel toe boots (Required for safety)
- Own transportation to get to and from work on time.
- Background check and drug test will be conducted.
- Be able to start working as soon as possible.
