Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
We’re currently seeking a Home Health RN to join our amazing team.
Details of the Opportunity:
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- Salary Range: $70-$78.50 hourly; $.55 per mile
- Shift: Days
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Home Health

Daily Range of Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete accurate OASIS documentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and home safety
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Utilize Home Base Home Care software for documentation and care coordination
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
- Two years of Home Health experience required
- Current BLS certification
