Lead Primary Care Physician Opportunity available in Cincinnati, OH – Permanent
Benefits of the Lead Primary Care Physician / MD:
- Pay: $260k and goes up depending on experience

Details of the Lead Primary Care Physician / MD opportunity:
- Schedule: M- F / 8am -5pm
- FQHC Outpatient Setting: Patient Census: 10-12 patients a day
- Direct Reports: None
- Provides physician services including counseling patients regarding the most appropriate setting to meet their healthcare needs, performing diagnostic evaluations and treatment, providing the appropriate information regarding specialist services, and end of life programs
- Develop strong transitional care plans and able to help keep track of paneled patients along the whole continuum of care including discharges from the hospital, ER, skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes, and home care.
- Educate members on chronic disease progression and the need for advanced directives where applicable
Qualifications of the Lead Primary Care Physician / MD:
- Current Unrestricted license
- Must have a minimum of 3 years full time experience practicing as a board-certified physician
- Must have 3 years lead experience , Must have recent experience working in Primary Care
- Must be comfortable prescribing opioids.
- Current DEA license
