We’re currently seeking a Inpatient Pharmacist to join our amazing team.
- Location: Weston, WI
- Start Date: September 14, 2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Position: Inpatient Pharmacist
- Schedule: Full Time, 9PM-7AM, 7 days on/7 days off
- Pay Rate: $75-$90/HR, DOE
Requirements:
- Wisconsin Pharmacist license
- BLS (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Inpatient pharmacy experience required
- Cerner experience
- BCPS preferred
Clinical Experience Needed: Pharmacist will cover a variety of areas including:
- ICU
- ED
- Med-Surg
- OR/Cardiothoracic
- Cardiac Cath
- EPS
- Central Pharmacy
- IV Room oversight
Strong experience with:
- Vancomycin AUC dosing
- Aminoglycoside dosing
- Heparin dosing/monitoring
- TPN management/monitoring
- USP 797 standards
IV room experience is not required, but the pharmacist must understand USP 797 and be able to appropriately oversee IV preparation.

- EMR: Cerner
- Medication system: Omnicell
- Pharmacy has dedicated technicians
- Typical pharmacy orientation: 2–3 weeks
- Dress: Scrubs or professional/business casual
