Job Description
Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures by positioning them on the table, connecting electrodes, and preparing imaging equipment.
- Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy machines and echocardiography devices.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following sterile technique and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and patient care.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Current certification in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technology (CCLT) or Basic Life Support (BLS).
- At least one year of experience working in a cath lab environment.
