Assignment: NSC Facilities
Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager - Facilities & Events
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manages day-to-day operations of facilities and events
· Fulfills campus logistics requests
· Assists with event set-up and tear-down
· Hands-on operational support
· Coordinates facility changeovers and user group requests
· Oversees Facility Attendants
· Communicates facility needs through appropriate channels
· Ensures safety by maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities
· Other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
· Anticipate working within a dynamic and physically demanding environment characterized by rapid pace
· May involve lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent outdoor shifts, and exposure to sizable crowds during events
· Requires extensive collaboration among team members where employees will work collectively to fulfill job duties and responsibilities
