The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to grow new business and build long-term client relationships. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to project completion—while collaborating with design, estimating, and operations teams to deliver standout signage solutions.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through cold calls, networking, and client outreach
Manage existing accounts and build lasting client partnerships
Collaborate with design and estimating teams on proposals and quotes
Oversee projects through surveys, permitting, production, and installation
Track sales activity and consistently hit sales goals
Stay on top of signage trends and represent NSC at trade shows and events
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of proven sales experience (signage/construction a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and organized
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 base commission (5% up to $1M, 6% above $1M)
Annual sales goal: $1.2M with structured 90-day ramp plan
