Responsibilities
- Safely assemble, install, and dismantle billboard structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and prepare the area for construction activities.
- Operate heavy machinery such as cranes or forklifts to lift and position large signage components.
- Perform routine maintenance on billboard structures to ensure longevity and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents on-site.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles.
- Experience with construction estimating, inspection, and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of various construction trades including Steel erection, welding, rigging and tower climbing.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials safely.
