Sign Installer - CT C8 License Required

National Sign Corporation – one of the leading sign companies in New England, is looking for a Licensed Sign Installer for our Berlin, CT location.

Qualified candidates should have at least three years of experience in installation and service of all types of commercial signage.

Our installation and service fleet consist of newer Elliott and Altec equipment with reach capabilities up to 100’. As many of our trucks require a CDL, a CDL license is preferred but not required. Applicants must have clean driving record and be able to obtain a CDL license. A C8 sign license is required for this position.

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport and install interior and exterior illuminated and non-illuminated signs and branding elements.
• Operate and maintain crane trucks, forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts (valid CDL, OSHA 10/30 and operator certifications preferred).
• Use hand tools and equipment for drilling, welding, concrete work, and basic electrical tasks (120/277V knowledge a plus).
• Conduct site surveys and perform service or repair work as needed.
• Follow all company, OSHA, DOT, and site-specific safety procedures during installations.
• Maintain clean company vehicles, complete mileage/fuel logs, and submit accurate timecards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on quality.
• Capture completion photos and obtain customer sign-off upon job completion.
• Travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
