Opportunity
NSR is expanding its national contractor network and seeking experienced HPR Field Survey Contractors across the country. This is a flexible, project-based engagement ideal for seasoned professionals who have prior experience conducting Highly Protected Risk surveys for an insurance carrier or affiliated vendor and are looking to take on additional work on their own terms.
What You'll Do
- Conduct onsite HPR property surveys across industrial, commercial, and institutional risks
- Prepare clear, technical reports aligned with carrier standards
- Deliver loss prevention recommendations grounded in NFPA and FM Global guidelines
- Communicate findings effectively with carrier and client stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Prior HPR or commercial property survey experience with a carrier, vendor, or independent inspection firm
- Working knowledge of NFPA standards and/or FM Global data sheets
- Strong technical writing and reporting skills
- Ability to travel within your region and manage project deadlines independently
- Fire protection engineering background or related credentials a plus
