As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for preparing, printing, and packing customer orders. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to ensuring high-quality output and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Order Preparation:
- Review sales orders for accuracy.
- Stage products on carts for movement into production.
- Heat Press Operation:
- Properly align and apply customer logos according to sales orders.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Packing & Shipping:
- Pack completed orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities to support smooth operations.
- General Duties:
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to new processes and systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to align logos properly
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
