The Training & Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering project requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) post-development, and delivering corporate training on technical concepts.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and document project requirements from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring their resolution before deployment.
- Develop and deliver corporate training programs on technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in business analysis and corporate training.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employees’ technical skills.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes through detailed analysis and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate training, or a similar role.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with SmartSheets is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed documentation and training materials.
- Experience with project management and business process modeling tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- This is a remote position.
- The salary is $85,000
