What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners navigate the roofing restoration process from initial inspection through project completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and networking
- Schedule and perform property inspections
- Meet with homeowners and explain findings
- Assist customers through the insurance restoration process
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the project
- Track activity and opportunities within company systems
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
After Training
Upon completion of the training period, you'll transition into our Roofing Sales Project Manager compensation structure featuring:
- Uncapped commission opportunities
