Location: Based in Nashville, TN
Travel: Required up to 25% (company-paid travel and per diem)
Pay: $28 -$32/hr. (Based on Experience) Overtime Full Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Occasional Weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing Hands-On Roof Work – No Guesswork
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, coatings, mod bit)
- Work with residential roofing (shingles, metal, tile, wood shake).
- Experience with Gutters, Siding (replace and repair)
- Construction experience a plus!
- Ensure full system performance with expert-level craftsmanship.
- Safety is Non-Negotiable
- Follow NRC and OSHA protocols at all times.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free job sites.
- Use and inspect PPE and tools daily.
- Respectfully represent NRC - Be a Team Player
- Work alongside site leads and project managers.
- Communicate clearly, solve problems, and get the job done right.
Travel-Ready
- We work across the U.S. — travel is required but comes with support, fuel cards, and paid accommodations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial and residential roofing
- Strong understanding of roof systems, tools, and materials
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation a must
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety and teamwork
- Passing a Background Check is required
