About the Role

We’re looking for Solar Sales Representatives who care about people as much as performance. You’ll guide homeowners through clear, data-driven conversations about solar—helping them understand their options, calculate potential savings, and make smart, sustainable choices.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough site and energy assessments to understand each homeowner’s unique needs

• Educate customers on solar benefits, available incentives, and financing options

• Provide transparent cost analyses and realistic savings projections

• Collaborate with installation and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Represent NREP’s values of trust, education, and community impact in every interaction
