  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project alignment.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight: Manage procurement, transportation, material handling, and on-site inventory. Actively lead expediting efforts to mitigate supply chain delays and keep timelines intact.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Coordinate and review critical on-site inspections, component testing, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with strict industry standards.
  • Risk Management & Reporting: Proactively identify project risks, resolve complex issues, and prepare transparent status reports for key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement across all project delivery and construction workflows.

Qualifications
  • Required Industry Experience: Must possess proven experience managing construction or energy projects specifically within the utility-scale solar or renewable energy sectors. This is a mandatory requirement for consideration.
  • Project Management Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
  • Logistics & Expediting Skills: Hands-on experience coordinating logistics and a proactive approach to supply chain expediting.
  • Inspection & Quality Control: Solid background coordinating and reviewing quality, safety, and compliance checks on heavy equipment and construction sites.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent in modern project management software and standard office productivity tools.
