We are search consultants to the manufacturing industry with a specialization in leadership roles. Our firm has been retained by a near $12BB US based manufacturing giant to find a process engineer for one of its subsidiaries. This is a newly created position due to this organization's growth and addition of product lines. This opportunity is based in Central Michigan; our client will pay for relocation.
The subsidiary is a thirteen-plant division that was acquired several years ago. The plant is the flagship and HQ plant that does PVC extrusion, lamination, metal fabrication and light assembly. With this being the HQ plant, there is a lot of career growth potential there versus having to relocate for a promotion. Though, if relocation is in your future desires, remember this division is part of a multi-billion dollar North American conglomerate, cross leveling into other divisions is possible.

This is a headquarters based positioned. Our client has both their HQ and flagship plant in mid Michigan. Relocation is paid.
