What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner Health Risk Assessments position at National Recruiters?
We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners (NO PA's) for a flexible PRN 1099 role completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) who can start in APRIL for Medicare Advantage members across Maryland. This is an autonomous, field-based opportunity for clinicians who want strong supplemental income without prescribing, call, or follow-up care responsibilities.
Compensation: $105/visit with 40–50 hours/month; $115/visit with 50–60 hours/month; $125/visit with 70 hours/month.
Additional pay includes $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic-only no-shows and a $250 flat-rate paid training.
What you’ll do: Complete in-home HRAs; review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors; perform basic physical and mental health evaluations; provide preventive care education; and document visits using a company-provided iPad / EMR platform.

Maryland Medicare/Medicaid enrollment is strongly preferred and, if not already in place, must be completed during credentialing.

Credentialing / onboarding: Current turnaround is approximately 5–7 days.
There is also an incentive bonus opportunity for clinicians who move quickly and complete credentialing and onboarding items within 24 hours of receipt.
