Throughout your day, you'll oversee executive reporting and dashboards, analyze portfolio performance, identify emerging trends and operational risks, and develop recommendations designed to improve recovery outcomes. You'll work closely with Operations leadership to strengthen team performance, support forecasting and capacity planning efforts, and ensure data accuracy across the organization. By collaborating with Compliance, IT, Client Services, and Operations, you'll help drive important initiatives while maintaining compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and internal policies. Your leadership will directly contribute to better decisions, stronger performance, and continued organizational success.8-10 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable management, financial services, or recovery operationsExperience leading analytics, reporting, or operational performance initiativesStrong understanding of collections KPIs, operational performance metrics, and portfolio analyticsExperience developing executive dashboards and reporting processesAbility to translate complex information into actionable business strategiesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and collections industry best practicesPreferred:Experience in debt buying, consumer collections, or legal collectionFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other business intelligence toolsSuccessful presentation of performance results to executive leadershipREADY TO APPLY?Your next leadership opportunity is here.
