Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker, based in North Bend, OR, with the flexibility to work from home when needed. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for overseeing property transactions, assisting clients in buying and selling real estate, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating smooth sales processes. Additional duties will include generating leads, networking, and staying informed on local market trends to support clients in achieving their property goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Brokerage and working with Real Estate transactions
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales for client engagement and relationship management
- Knowledge and understanding of Real Property laws, market trends, and property valuation
- Active real estate broker license in the state of Oregon
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlines and targets
- Proficiency with real estate software systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a client-focused real estate role is highly desirable
