Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Work with investors to acquire and sell properties in a highly profitable market.
- Provide expert guidance on contracts, terms, and market conditions.
- Utilize advanced technology and CRM tools to manage leads and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with our team while maintaining the flexibility to work independently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build strong, long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Real Estate License in Michigan (Lansing Area)
- Passion for real estate and experience working with investor clients (preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal oriented mindset with a drive for success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
