As a Certified Property Manager, you will act as a key liaison between our operations team and prospective investors. Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate developers
- Offering consultative services to attract new clients
- Demonstrating expertise to retain and upsell current clients
- Improving property performance
- Spearheading market expansion opportunities
- Managing operational efficiency and standardized processes
- Networking and industry involvement with prospective and current clients
- 3 years of experience in property management, preferably with exposure to investment real estate
- Familiarity with sales processes or experience supporting a sales team is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with investor or client-facing updates
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) and CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong working knowledge of the Michigan and/or Washington residential and commercial markets
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Certified Property Management designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
