As the General Manager, you will be the CEO of your restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, developing your team, maximizing profitability, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $52,000 / year
- Lucrative Bonus Program: $10,000 – $25,000 / year (Based on achievable store performance metrics)
- Total Earning Potential: $62,000 – $77,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, food safety, and quality standards.
- Hire, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of shift managers and team members.
- Manage P&L, including food cost, labor management, and inventory control.
- Foster a positive, high-energy work culture that encourages staff retention.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any guest concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and facility standards.
Requirements:
- Restaurant management experience is an absolute MUST. (Quick Service Restaurant/QSR experience is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, food cost, and labor metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business.
- A hands-on management style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
